Key A — 147.720 MHz
Above 147 MHz the standard 2 metre offset is positive, so add 600 kHz: 147.120 + 0.600 = 147.720 MHz. A negative offset would put the input at 146.520 MHz, which is the national simplex calling frequency and not a repeater input.
